Each year Vancouver welcomes the world to its annual Pride celebrations. Culminating with the Vancouver Pride Parade and Festival the first weekend in August each year, the Vancouver Pride celebrations consist of a week long series of events celebrating everything gay!

Educate, Liberate, Celebrate!

Vancouver's 2009 Pride Week festivities officially took place from July 31st to August 3rd, 2009 but also includes a large number of pre-Pride events in the days leading up to Pride Week. It all culminated with the Annual Pride Parade and Sunset Beach Pride Festival on Sunday August 2nd.
