MONDAY, 31 October: Tops & BottomsWith the recent closure of the J Lounge, The Bobbers have seen themselves shuffled from venue to venue, eventually landing at their new home at the Oasis. Not only does tonight's show have a Halloween theme, it is also founder David C Jones' birthday. This spooktacular edition gets underway tonight at 7pm at the Oasis. Visit the group's Facebook event page for more information. TUESDAY, 1 November: The PenelopiadMeg Roe gives a superb performance in this fully realized and inventive re-telling of Homer's Odyssey. Told through the eyes of the now dead Penelope (Roe) and her maids this estrogen-filled show includes some of the best female actors you'll see on stage in Vancouver. SUNDAY, 6 November: SnowmanGerman gay porn, a prehistoric body frozen in a glacier and a young gay man whose parents have abandoned him. Quite the combination. Originally directed by Rumble's Artistic Producer Craig Hall in 2003, Hall revisits Greg MacArthur’ dark comedy back where it had its world premiere and complete with Derek Metz reprising his 2003 Jessie Award-winning role.
