With just a month to go before the festivities get started, the Vancouver Pride Society hosts this monthly fundraiser at Denman Cinemas with $5 from every ticket sold going to help offset the costs of putting on our fabulous summer party (yes, I said FABULOUS)! This month it is the 2008 biopic Milk starring Sean Penn as Harvey Milk, the American gay activist who fought for gay rights and became California's first openly gay elected official.
