Out in Schools announces 3rd annual anti-homophobia PSA competition

Out in Schools and the Vancouver School Board announced today its 3rd annual Anti-Homophobia Student Public Service (PSA) Announcement Competition.

Open to all students across British Columbia and Canada, this annual competition will see the completed PSAs shown on the big screen during the 22nd annual Vancouver Queer Film Festival in August 2010, in schools across British Columbia and at various special events throughout the year. Plus there are some great prizes to be won.

Ross Johnstone, Director of Youth Education for Out In Schools calls this "the perfect class project for students, local Gay-Straight Alliances, or Social Studies, Film and Drama classes".
