Car free festival returns to West End on June 20th |

On Sunday, June 20th, the West End Car-Free Festival is coming back to Denman Street.
Along with the various community groups, businesses and artists, organizers are also planning a variety of street performers to entertain throughout the day. As well, a full schedule of events is planned which will include music, dance and spoken word and of course something for the kids in the Kidzone outside the West End Community Centre. In addition, a seniors housing forum is also scheduled to take place. Car-Free Festivals will also take place the same day on Commercial Drive, Kitsilano, Main Street plus for the first time ever in North Vancouver. West End Car-Free Festival |
Organizer's promise this year’s festival will have a strong focus on community with the goal of celebrating the West End neighbourhood and promoting local businesses and artists.
