Canada's only GLBT concert band, Vancouver's Rainbow Concert Band celebrates twenty years in 2010.
The Band has a busy schedule of both large and small events each season with its next 2010 concert, Gringos De Mayo: An Evening Of Salsa & Chip, paying tribute to the rich music heritage of Latin America, scheduled for May 30th. Formed shortly after the Vancouver Gay Games in 1990, the Rainbow Concert Band continues its tradition of providing a safe and supportive environment for the local GLBT community to practice and perform music.
