With over 100 members, the Out for Kicks Soccer Club is Vancouver's largest and only GLBT friendly soccer club in Vancouver.

Out for Kicks Soccer Club Formed in 1990 during the Gay Games, Out for Kicks has grown from small beginnings to a season which includes over a hundred soccer matches and practices. The Club also takes part in invitational and international tournaments, the Vancouver Pride Parade and various fundraising activities throughout the year.

With a mandate to facilitate a safe, fun and recreational environment for gay men, lesbians and their gay-friendly team mates to enjoy the game of soccer, Out for Kicks believes in inclusiveness and diversity.

Out for Kicks continues to strive in reducing barriers that have kept many queer people out of team sports matching seasoned veterans with members who may never have played a team sport. Their summer league teams are all co-ed, with players from all ages, genders and races.

The group's 20th soccer season, which normally through October each year, is set to begin in early April. The Club is holding an info and registration session on March 24th at The Fountainhead Pub from 7pm - 9pm.
