2010 queer film fest seeking film submissions

While still eight months away, organizers of the 22nd Annual Vancouver Queer Film Festival, set to take place August 12-20, 2010, have put out the call for early bird film submissions.

Scene from Muneca from the 2009 Vancouver Queer Film Festival The Vancouver Queer Film Festival is the largest queer media event in Western Canada, and features outstanding innovation, regularly showcasing work that confronts stereotypes, pushes boundaries, provokes and titillates, are "naughty" or "nice", and above all, highlights the tremendous diversity of queer artists.

There are no entry fees for submissions before March 1, 2009. Visit queerfilmfestival.ca for more information and to download the submission form.
